    without a question my goto reference commerce site is GAP.com. How they are dealing with the "Fold", seasonal changes, panel sizing, colors. Because i know... they are in a constant state of testing with this site. Looking at their yearly reports they average a 30% conversion rate... they just crush it

    I would suggest that you study conversion rates as well. One factor is the quality of your site, and the other is the quality of your traffic strategy.

    Simple, fast loading sites, with good images work best.
