Platform developer looking to learn some growth hacking skills

I'm new here and thought I'd introduce. My name is Haiko, i'm a developer for my dayjob and have been for more than a decade. Recently I've been developing an online platform targeted at creators and teachers that want to share their knowledge online.
I hope to learn some new skills here that I can use to attract the first users to my platform. So i will be doing some searching and reading on this forum. If anyone has some great tips on how to target or find people that might be interested in starting an online coaching business or make some money online I'm all ears. At the moment have some A.I assisted content on the site, but organic SEO growth has been slow. I am planning on running ads, but want to narrow down my projected audience and up my skills first
