Hello everybody... I am new here and new to the industry

Hello everyone. First I would like to thank this community.... I have been thinking about getting into the internet marketing industry for several years now and have finally decided take the plunge. I am interested in taking many lessons I have learned on my journey through life and sharing with others, that may be in similar situations, some things that helped me through some tough times and some shaky foundations in almost a fireside chat environment (i.e. the conversations I had with my grandpa when I could be alone with him about problems I encountered.... ). I am more interested in reaching people and sharing than money. The website I feel will discover its own path over time and it will open many avenues in the near future that will lead to income producing opportunities.... I am more interested in the community and trust, than in the money aspect.... the major problem is not knowing what I do not know in terms of reaching those who would benefit. There have been too many incomplete and only money driven ideas, but as for a clear path forward, very scarce.... any insight will be greatly appreciated.... this community has already offerred so much knowledge about so many pieces to the puzzle, which is a main reason I have chose to join this community..... thank you all in advance for any guidance you can give...

If you are new to the industry, then you have a lot to learn.

There are at least 250 ways to make money online, so pick one and learn
as much as you can about it.

This can be done through courses, books, videos, and learning by doing.

I recommend reading books on the topic of passive income, work from
home, home business, multiple streams of income, affiliate marketing,
and related topics that interest you.

While you are doing that, learn about website development, copywriting,
graphics design, video production, and other internet marketing related
    skills.

If you have any questions, post them here.

Thank you Jamel and Monetize. I have alot to learn, but have at least a basic idea of the building blocks... execution of those building blocks will require a lot of learning on my part.... I love a good challenge and have decided that this will give me the best opportunity to reach the people I have a passion to reach. I feel I have a pretty good grasp on my target group. I have been doing a lot of research for best practices when it comes to many of the basics, but have also wasted a lot of time and energy due to incomplete or outdated information.... so I will focus on the basics now and get the basics in place and hopefully get a clearer path forward. Thanks again for the insights already shared, and if you know of any places where I can get good information from. Any and all help and guidance is appreciated. I am not afraid of the work.... nothing worth having happens without the effort to see it bear fruit...

It would be easier for everyone if you wrote in plain English instead of riddles.

There is nothing new under the sun, so information is never really outdated.
The fundamentals of internet marketing have stayed the same. You can find
an original method and still make money with it today.

Learn by reading the forum, books from Amazon, videos on YouTube, and
courses at any of the dozens of marketplaces.

Several members here have been in the business for 20+ years, so take
advantage of their knowledge while you can.

My initial thoughts are e-commerce for related products in same niche, but not in competition with the main goal of educating and community.

I would love the idea of discussing ideas I have with someone experienced as there are many avenues. The area I want to go into is in a popular broad niche, but this area doesn't have much support and is still wide open, but not willing to just broadcast it to the world until I can get a few things in order

Great mindset! Focusing on community and trust first will definitely pay off in the long run. Monetization opportunities will come naturally once you build real connections. Just stay consistent, experiment with different outreach methods, and keep learning. Wishing you success on your journey!

See where your strengths lie and focus on one niche. Trying to do too many niches is a waste of time.

Sounds like you should consider doing what l am doing setting up a forum?

I set one up 4 years back, (cannot provide links here but you will figure that out) and budgeted for it so it is a hobby with a social aspect but has the potential to make money, (if the traffic takes off it can reduce or make money).

But l did it mainly as a hobby so don't really care about any profits, and as a place to store my Youtube music search and such.

You get sick of putting in a lot of effort elsewhere to get hammered by idiot members and such but set up your own one no more nonsense.

But immediate benefits is a place to store your efforts, then social then a long time down the road maybe profits.

Good luck, and please use the quote and multi... buttons when responding.
