Does Google rank lyrics websites instantly?

I've started a lyrics website and noticed that some of my pages are indexed but ranking very low or not ranking at all. I'm aware that lyrics content is highly competitive and often duplicated. Can anyone share what specific steps I should take to improve my site's ranking? Should I focus more on internal linking, unique formatting, metadata, backlinks, or something else?

    Have you submitted your website to the Google Search Console.

    It's a little time-consuming but it will be worth it.

    After that, continue adding more content as well as developing additional websites.

    Don't stop at just one website.
