Absolutely my company has helped fixed negative and offending google autocomplete results for companies big and small. Some that had national media attention it just needed some more loving then a smaller case. It's not an easy task and is resource intensive but I am glad to see such a high success rate.

Also now that we are back up like how I am monitored over at the Sports Handicapping Monitor so that should help make up for some lost business.
