I know how you feel I recently bought a plr product from jvzoo less then a moth ago. In fairness to jvzoo, I have not tried to contact them cause they have policy that make them moderator between vendors and customers, the top selling marketplace, clickbank..

I received my product in part but am not happy with some minor issue which I have been trying to resolve. I got 1 response which I resolved on my end as requested. And now I get no response from the vendor at all when I contact them to complete the resolution of the issue.

I am beginning to feel the same way as you about jvzoo, I don't feel they will be of any help.
