    Yes, we do have a tendency to procrastinate and delay things for a later date. Being able to stop ourselves from doing that and force ourselves, yes, force ourselves to do it NOW is the way.
    Just like a muscle needs the exercise to expand and get stronger the same is with our thoughts. They need the exercise of doing things on the spur of the moment, even if they're just little things.

    Hi, yes I left IM in 2003 and was in the UK then, used to work in IM from Russia before that, anyway I'm back in Nigeria now (my native country)
