If after your best efforts, a customer still complains that you are not delivering what you promised to deliver, and then there is need to pay special attention to creating a better customer service. Why? Because when a customer complains, the customer is actually giving you an opportunity that is a second chance to deliver that which you promised. They are giving you the opportunity to convert them from a disappointed customer into a satisfied customer, someone who will buy from you time and again....

The Secret To High Performance

I spent the last 20 years of my working life as a martial arts/sports instructor back home - 10 of those years as head coach of an elite squad of high-performing athletes.

The skills that those guys know are essentially the same as the average weekend-warrior.

I mean a kick is a kick is a kick, right?

So what separates the high-performance athlete from the three-times-a-week warrior?

Internet Marketing

Is it possible to have a totally Internet based Internet marketing company?

Do you have to market products offline and even advertise offline to be successfull?

Could you just promote and sell internet based services and products such as e-books and domain registration?

We'll be keeping an eye on this subject and posting our results and conclusions.

Promoting Martial Arts online - the Shiro Tora Combat Academy in South London

There's been a recent debate about having to advertise offline.

The theory is that, even for Internet Marketers, there is a need to advertise offline to be successful.

There is also now a growing need for offline businesses to advertise online.
We'll be doing some experiments in this area and publishing our results.

First up is a Martial Arts dojo in South London called the Shiro Tora Combat Academy.
