Why is some marketing considered annoying?

Commercials both audio and video are considered annoying, yet youtube is loaded with video commercials that attract thousands of viewers?
Some methods of marketing are considered annoying(hate spam), but I would hazard a guess that readers would be very disappointed if there were no more email marketing.
Why is a commercial zapper necessary?
Why is it that some responses that are elicited when a reader unsubscribes is "I don't wont you on my list anyway".

When writing a headline or title, remember to think about benefits to the end user and keywords you can use to grab your ideal prospect's attention.

When you make your headline keyword rich and with words describing benefits to your ideal customer, you get a better search engine connection, too.

Style is critical to success. Style in marketing represents the way that facts are represented as opposed to the facts which are presented.

1) The style of your marketing may be pointed: “Our products and service destroy the competition.” “Nobody does it better.”
2) The style of your marketing may be trendy: “Always a bridesmaid, never a bride.”
3) The style of your marketing may illustrate distinction: “Our product is second to none.” “There is none better.”
