I posted my first help wanted ad

Yesterday I posted my very first ad trying to recruit commissions only sales agents.

It's my first attempt to outsource sales in any way shape or form.

My next step is recruiting email entry personnel, and that should be later this week.

So far I've had 8 responses to the ad and since I did not mention what the service I was selling was all about, I replied to all with a detailed response with service details, target market and commission opportunities....
