Making a conscious effort to live for the right now moment allows you to think calmly and with clarity. This keeps you free from the stresses of life....With a little effort this is a worthwhile habit to form. The art of mindfulness or living for right now isn't easy but is achievable.
With so many distractions such as fears, frustrations, worry and stress, it is difficult to cope with what is going on around us. However once you become accustomed to your new habit, you will wonder how you ever lived any other way.
These steps will help you to achieve the right now moment thinking...........
1) Meditate. Focus on breathing, releasing your thoughts as you exhale. Meditation is the art of living Right now, accepting things as they are. Blocking out or allowing distractions to wash over you. Practicing these things will help make a quieter mind, which is of the very importance.
2) You cannot change the Past, you must accept that it has been and is Gone. Sooner you accept past situations, you will feel better about yourself. Don't dwell on things you cannot change. It is so much harder to concentrate on the right now moment, when the past is clouding your thinking. Clear your mind. You will be able to face the right now moment without grief or regret.
3) Accept the future with open arms. None of us know what the future holds. Relax and accept what the universe offers, it is going to happen anyway!
4) Be mindful, even the most practical chores should be done with an open mind. Being mindful ensures you pay close attention to what you are doing in the present. Open your senses to what you are doing, you will be overwhelmed with an abundance of positive feelings you didn't realize you were capable of.
5) Get in touch with nature. As the old saying goes "Stop and Smell the Roses". You can go for a walk for just enjoy the fresh outdoors. Always remember you must take the time to Relax. In maintaining a relaxed attitude, you will achieve conscious living if you keep trying.

Change is difficult for most people. Sometimes our whole identity is involved with what we've learned as children will continue to work for people when dealing with people, allowing us to survive, prosper and fit in.While some people have had to learn to thrive in the midst of change and learned to become adaptable when you are open to new ideas and embracing change, numerous others have had to fight for survival and every table-scrap that came their way. Behavior is learned and yes it takes work to unlearn and dismantle these old beliefs.
The truth of the matter is win-win is definitely possible. When you are able to see beyond the ego and recognize the abundance that is available, people, minds, and ideas come together and can create amazing changes that improve the current scenarios for many, many people. When you work with people who have this abundant and generous attitude, you are uplifted, the actual group increases, and also incredible energy and creativity is unleashed. That is much harder to do, to maintain, and also to elevate within others when you encounter individuals driven by the thought of scarcity and competition.
Something I've learned along the way is that it is often better to take the high road. This isn't about judging others as wrong or seeing yourself as better than others. This is about recognizing your truth as to how you wish to BE in the world. Don't compromise your integrity. Don't get trapped in the competition. See the vision, see the outcome, feel the purpose and passion you're driven to provide to the world, and offer it freely. All of us die. You can’t take anything out of this world with you. So give what you have to offer the world. What exactly is not given is lost forever.
If your goal is to truly bring about a positive change and serve others, how it is accomplished becomes less important and seeing it accomplished grows more important. While it may be a blow to your ego when others criticize your inspiration, or someone takes the credit for something you've introduced, holding on to the benefits will most likely soften the sting. You do need to pick and choose those places where you'll offer yourself, the key is to evaluate whether it is serving a common good. When you’re getting compensated for your contributions, gratitude will last and spirit of peace. If you continually feel abused and stomped on, maybe it is time to move on to a more collaborative team, as well as a more receptive and appreciative audience.
Understanding that you will be achieving your life purpose and also living your interest is going to be the reward. With time, it will likely be recognized. Imposters will ultimately be viewed as well as heart and soul will always outlast the mind & ego. As you go along, on the journey that is your life and career, you will need to hold fast to the true inner qualities and nature with the brilliance that is in you. Don’t allow these negative experiences to become something that undermines your value. You are not the negative experience. Often times, the negativity we experience from others, is more a reflection of them and less about who you are.
Everyone has different lenses, different gifts, different wiring, and different experiences. Difference isn't something to be judged, it is a gift of diversity which brings the pieces of the puzzle of life together and creates a society, a solution, a technology, etc., together for the main benefit of us all. Don’t doubt yourself when others cannot see the vision you see. Keep true, keep your intentions, and you will attract the right support, the right people, and the right opportunities. Make a difference and aim high in your vision!
