I know I asked a weird question for a Sunday, but I have a good reason.

I am doing my best to learn what makes people tick when it comes to online marketing. Why you ask? Because I need to learn myself what is the best way to sell online.

I have been marketing for more than 20+ years and I'm always looking to learn new tips & tricks.... I must if I want to stay upto date and succeed!

Today is my second cheat day and I'm very happy it's here. Yesterday I was craving all kinds of snacks, real food and beer. I made a list of everything I craved for all week, and today I will eat and drink all of it.

The list includes; pizza, chips, popcorn, crackers and cheese, bread and strawberries with whipped cream.

This makes for tons of material for articles and video for the report on weight loss I will be producing and publishing when I reach my goal weight....

I am so excited after all this time I have finally 2 direct signups in 7 Minute Workout.

I joined 7minute workout only because I needed to get fit and lose some weight and the Gym just was not working so I quit, now I exercise at home.
