Well, maybe not BIG. Really, they’re pretty obvious. However, we tend to get so caught up in looking for the “magic button” that will make traffic flow endlessly to our site, that we forget that it really comes down to three simple things…
1. Content
Fresh content, that is…and lots of it. Keep churning out fresh, original content and the search engines will love you. Give the spiders a reason to come back more than once per day.
2. Make Sharing Easy
By sharing, I mean social bookmarking. You’ve got to have at least a “Sphinn It” or “Digg This” button in a highly visible place. Be compelling and give people a reason to link to you. It’s all about the LINKS. More importantly, “give the world something to click on”...
