Email Trace Use in Parental Abductions Cases

Every year over 35000 families are affected by non custodial parental abductions. The parent that does not have custody and in some cases does not even have visitation abducts the child and does not return the child to the parent with custody.
Naturally this is a nightmare to the custodial parent, causing great stress and worry. But what compounds the problem is the lack of adequate response by police and courts and the legas system in general.
Most of these parental abductions occur over weekend visits and the custodial parent cannot contact their lawyer or the court until Monday. Then the courts and law offices are overwhelmed with domestic violence and custody and visitation issues that occurred over the weekend.
Many police dept's will not take such events serious thinking that the children will be returned after a cooling off period and this may be true in many cases but not all.
Many times the non custodial parent will take the children and leave the sate and try to remain underground.
In a case like this hiring a qualified private investigator with experience in parental kidnapping cases is a wise move.
In the past year I have handled several such cases. Most blow over by the middle of the week with the non custodial parent returning the children without further incident. But I have also had several cases where the non custodial parent took the children out of state and had to be tracked down and confronted by local law enforcement.
In one recent case an infant from NV was abducted by a noncustodial mother and taken to Texas. I was able to send a pretext email to the mother and pinpoint her exact location at the mothers boyfriend's apt in Texas. The child was recovered and the mother and boyfriend were arrested for child endangerment and weapons possessions as well as charges related to outstanding warrants.
Just one example of how email tracing can resolve parental kidnapping cases.
