Niche websites & Clickbank

Is it just me or are there angels singing again???
Okay so I think once again I have a good idea. Only this time I'm not doing the work myself. My job is just to figure out WHAT I want to do and then PAY someone to do it
You see, if I was willing to part with $1500 for ONE site, I certainly needed to admit to myself that I could spend that money - wisely this time - for several sites.
Result: I have a fellow warrior creating 21 niche, affiliate websites for me.
I have/will supply him with the following:
- a keyword rich domain
- cpanel login info for said domain
- the keywords for each domain
- a site that has the "look" I want for each site so he knows what I want them to look like
- my clickbank ID
- the product I want to promote for each site
He is building the sites, writing the content and 2 articles and buidling backlinks. (the list is actually long but I don't want to go on about every detail).
I, if I have done my keyword research well, will have buying traffic visiting my site and clicking through to the Clickbank product.
Note: I am only selecting keywords with a minimum of 100 potential visitors per day. This info is taken from Market Samurai's esitmate of the potential traffic a #1 position can earn. Any less than that and I don't think I'd get enough people to go to the Clickbank products' site and buy.
Also, I think article marketing that has links redirect to the affiliate offer is the BEST idea. Each time I buy a domain I'm noting if there is a .info I can also buy for this redirecting purpose. I will also be outsourcing this - though at this moment I haven't.
