It sounds funny, but it really is true. A PIG is a Passive Income Generator. This is anything that puts money in your pocket without you having to be directly involved. You may have heard this described as Passive Income, Residual Income, Royalties, Interest Income, Rental Income, etc. There are hundreds if not thousands of ways you can get PIGs working for you. How many do you have right now?
I have been working home from two years now and my wife Amanda has been working beside me for just over a year now herself. We love having the time freedom that being our own bosses gives us, but make no doubt about it, we work hard.
The difference is, when we start a new project or business we have one goal in mind. We want to turn it into a PIG! There are lots of ways to evaluate businesses and investments, but a primary question for us is - how soon can we put this on Auto-Pilot?! The reason for that is simple. The sooner we can put a business on Auto-Pilot, the sooner we can build another business. This way we create multiple streams of income and will be able to earn many times more income every day, week, month, and year than we otherwise could.
How many different jobs have you held in your life? What was the last time you got paid on work you did a week ago, a month ago, a year ago, ten years ago?

I encourage you to read the LeBouef book as well as the Rich Dad Poor Dad series by Robert Kiyosaki.
A PIG can be anything as simple as interest income, mutual funds, stocks that pay dividends.
Rental real estate, network marketing business, affiliate marketing, or even my Second Life land business would all be examples of PIGs.
