App is just a tool, not a product!

Damn, I’ve realized that just now. Well, you learn something new every day…
So, now what? Something’s changed?
Actually a lot changed. My first startup was all about product, all about web site. You know, like: make it functional, make it perfect, sell the product, sell features… Damn, I was wrong.
What I’ve learned by building Blitzer?
“Feeling/philosophy” is the thing you need to offer. For us here in Blitzer!, app is just a tool to accomplish what’s really important for us and that is philosophy, a feeling you have while using Blitzer!.
Our philosophy is: “Get Things Done Fast, Relaxed and Easy”. By “Things” we mean: meet guys, meet girls, socialize, get a date, party, meet someone if you are new in town, hangout, go get some coffee, etc. We want you to feel excited when using Blitzer!, because that’s what we offer. You won’t feel bored anymore, believe me.
“Fifty Shades of Gray” is supposed to be erotic romance novel, but still everyone is reading it because it gives away a message saying: Yes I’m erotic novel, but it is acceptable reading me in public. Why you ask? Well it is nicely packed into novel, unlike PlayBoy packed into magazine.
Apple’s products are very nice and expensive, I bet you can find another products good enough or even better but much cheaper. But the feeling you get when using Apple’s products is something different.
You see where I’m going? With Blitzer! the last thing we are offering you is just another app. We are offering you extraordinary experience you cannot get anywhere else.
