As much as many hate facebook we still use it because we can argue that he push the boundaries many time but what we cannot argue with is the fact that, Zukerberg did connect the world really . Marketer complain about Google especially their ranking algorithm but every day we keep finding out ways to get better with the tools. Even though apple is quite expensive, people have not been able to stop themselves from getting an iphone.

One of the thing I have heard over and over is how you need good design in order to sell.

Well one thing is certain. Good design helps and can bring people in the door. Good design makes you look professional. Good design is appealing to the eyes. Good design also cost money and the reason why many have good designs is they are neck deep in debt. what many people do not have is a value proposition. What problem they are solving, who they are solving it for. But the most important thing you can do for yourself is learning how to help people.

Find 5 random people especially people who have bought from you in the past. if they have not bought from you, go into a group you belong to and just ask them what problem you can solve for them. if they don't respond find another five until you get a response. You will begin to see a pattern. You will begin to see what problems people really have.

then you can develop a system for this and that is when you need all the technology, the autoresponders e.t.c. Have a value proposition. Have a problem you are solving and you will have a following.

Then after you begin to have a following then start to worry about the design.
