Stop Procrastination
Stop Procrastination. Well, first of all, what is procrastination? And how do I stop procrastination?Procrastination Definition.
The Oxford English Dictionary defines procrastination as a postponement, “often with the sense of deferring though indecision, when early action would have been preferable,” or as “defer[ing] action, especially without good reason.”
This procrastination definition is probably what most people would feel explains what they know they are intentionally doing, good reason or not. Procrastination is when you planned or felt that you should have done the thing earlier, and then delayed anyway.
The Effects of Procrastination.
Procrastination is really not healthy for us emotionally because there is a root cause to it. Often we do it subconsciously to avoid something that we feel uncomfortable with, do not like doing, or perceive as painful. Fear.
Sometimes just to feel the motivational thrill of procrastinating until the last moment will give us an adrenalin rush, and that feels good physically, like caffeine. It could be considered a craving. Or are you bored?
Remember this slogan: Procrastination is not your friend.

Your language. Your language does not return void. Everyday begin to watch what you are thinking about, and what you are allowing your brain to tell you what is so. Catch your language and thoughts of what you are THINKING.
