  1. You are the salesperson that will solve your prospect’s problems and concerns and take them out of their bondage.
  2. Thou shalt sound like thou art the most interested and enthused person on the planet after uttering your first syllable on the phone.
  3. Thou shall not ask someone “how they are doing” when they answer your phone call.
  4. Thou shall not pitch any gatekeepers before the coveted Decision Maker.
  5. Thou shalt not be tentative and timid for your interruption is surely worthy.
  6. Thou shalt control the call with a question that has the prospect think about their business and understand you as a trusted industry expert.
  7. Thou shall not reveal the costs of your product/service before you you establish value.
  8. Thou shalt not rebuttal without asking for the appointment
  9. Thou shalt ask for the appointment at the end of every cold call
  10. Thou shalt NEVER set an appointment without double confirming this EXACT time, date, and necessary personnel.
