Last night, I posted this info to another popular forum site and thought it would be good to post it here, too:
The Random Acts of Kindness Foundation
This organization and the web site may not be news to some of you, but it’s news to me, so I’m sharing it with you and encouraging you to check it out and see what you can do to get involved in your community, or through your online marketing circles of influence.
Established in 1995 as a nonprofit organization, The Random Acts of Kindness™ Foundation inspires people to practice kindness and to “pass it on” to others. The Foundation provides free educational and community ideas, guidance, and other resources to kindness participants through their website at Acts of Kindness
I checked out the website and it is a great community with lots of ideas and inspiration and free resources. They are always looking for more input and ideas.
By the way, it is World Kindness Week, Nov. 10-16, 2008 and World Kindness Day on Nov. 13.
