This is a rant.

I like to outsource but writers are a rule unto themselves. You ask them if they can do the job, they say sure no problem can do it in x days for y dollars. You pay. Then nothing. After a few weeks pass by you ask for an update. Stories of family sickness, family disasters etc follow.

I went through this last year with a well known warrior who gave me a refund after 9 months - I asked nicely 3 times before I got a stroppy, ill tempered email back and...
