Not many people actually like cold call telephone sales. I'm no big fan, but I have found it financially rewarding. So here's my advice regarding phone sales.

Ok, before you argue for SEO, let's consider the cost of your time and labor and tools. It's the 'ol DIY home improvement concept that makes Home Depot and Lowe's rich.

So it's a matter of picking your battle. DIY or Hire?

Answer: Do both.

And do what you like. This is usually something you're good and fast at....

One way to have a BIG idea, is to have a lot of little ideas.

You can make up in quantity what you might initially lack in quality. Eventually, the brainstorming produces a gem. We just have to shift through the rubble of ideas.

Then take the gem and work it. Test it. If it grows, then feed it. If not, let it go and start again.

But, any idea requires chipping away rough edges and polishing until it looks really brilliant.
