The busy bug... update 1

Okay - so it's been five days since I started working towards my goal... I have been following the work out schedule discussed in the video and began monitoring my diet - but I have to tell ya, I'm terrible - I totally cheated this week, but I did strive for ordering healthier items...

My food intake:
Sunday - breakfast: oatmeal; lunch: chips, dip, & sandwich; dinner: salad & spaghetti
Monday - breakfast: oatmeal & water; lunch: salad & cottage cheese; dinner: ribs & salad; dessert: chocolate icecream
Tuesday - breakfast: pop tart ; lunch:chef salad; dinner - homemade chili
Wednesday - breakfast: coffee; lunch: chili & cottage cheese; dinner: BLT sandwich, fries, small shake
Thursday - breakfast: oatmeal; lunch: chicken taco salad; dinner: mongolian beef & rice
Friday - breakfast: oatmeal; lunch: unknown yet; dinner: unknown yet

For each day I have been drinking a minimum of 32 ounces of water a day, plus taking the supplements....
