Not Having a List Sucks

When I first started in this biz, I started
following a method called
Niche Marketing on Crack.
The course had a funny name
and the graphics on the course
featured a Mafia Boss smoking a cigar.
Normally I wouldn't fall for that
but I heard good things about the course.
This was back in 2007.
I built my first site and made $500
very quickly selling a course
called the Sedona Method.
And so I made several types of these
sites and did very well with them
as well as with Youtube.
The only problem was, I was building
someone else's business for pennies
when you factor in the lifetime value of a customer.
So in this case, a little success did more harm than good.
I really wish I would have built a list
back then because I could have
made a ton more money because
I was getting traffic for buyer keywords.
Having a list is the closest thing to
printing money there is.
It really makes no sense to work hard for
traffic to only make a one time sale.
That's like a restaurant telling their patrons to not
come back and to go to their competitor instead.
So I encourage you to start building a list in your niche.
If you need help with that, I encourage you to check out
the best niche course I've come across in a while.
They even have a done for you option. More info here:
