Today is my second cheat day and I'm very happy it's here. Yesterday I was craving all kinds of snacks, real food and beer. I made a list of everything I craved for all week, and today I will eat and drink all of it.
The list includes; pizza, chips, popcorn, crackers and cheese, bread and strawberries with whipped cream.
This makes for tons of material for articles and video for the report on weight loss I will be producing and publishing when I reach my goal weight....
