I suggest that you start small and build up to whatever level you are comfortable. Keep in mind though that as when you are starting out, you will spend most of your time on 'traffic generation / lead generation' and as you get busier that the balance will shift. It's important that you don't beat yourself up for this when it happens.

Wanted to let you know about a MAJOR change going on at PaulBarrs.com shortly, hopefully this weekend - probably the biggest change / modification I've made in all the ten years it's been online.
