I've read some derogatory comments about 'Smashwords' in different Forums, but the Affiliate programme isn't mentioned. I'm thinking it sounds like it could be profitable, especially as the rate of return can be negotiated with the author.
Take me. I have half a dozen novels up on Smashwords. The normal rate for an Affiliate would be 11% on sales through their websites and blogs. I'm thinking I would be happy to pay four or five times that.
