The internet has closed the world in and created a much more effective and global way to interact with customers and friends alike. Social sites pop up every day and each year something new seems to take the internet by storm. In 2009, that thing was Twitter. At the start of the year it was mildly popular, and as we proceed through 2010 it continues to be ever moreso, with millions logging into the site every day.
