Successful phishing blog

I started another blog just over two weeks ago. It rocketed off the starting blocks and now has between 150 - 200 uniques a day from Google. No adwords, just organic traffic using social bookmarking and pinging to index it.
I've just subscribed to Aweber and added an opt-in box. I'm already thinking of changing it from a pop-up on entry to a pop-up on exit, so visitors have a better idea of what the blog is about and know they want to subscribe (hopefully).
