Rare items are pretty much a guaranteed win in the buying and selling world. For the same reasons we fall for “limited time only” ads, any rare item goes for a lot of money.



And since your stuff is only worth what people are willing to pay, let’s see what people spent on some of these rare items.

I remember some dude a few inches from my facing nearly screaming that his baseball card was worth $750 and my offer was beyond insulting it was criminal! LOL.


Rule number one when it comes to buying and selling for a profit: Your shit is only worth what the market is willing to pay for it on any given day. Period. End of story. I offered him 50 dollars and I’ll tell you why later.

Craigslist? Puhleaze....

If I see one more WSO talking about how great Craigslist is for marketing an offline consultancy business, I may scream. Beyond that, I may personally hunt down and eviscerate the person touting it!

Now I am perfectly willing to admit that maybe it's just me, but...

I've rarely encountered a site that is a bigger waste of time or pain in the ass.

Business owners see the financial gains of using Craigslist for advertising, regardless of whether their services are sold online or in brick and mortar stores.
