I can hardly believe it's been a whole year since I last posted in here! Well, I guess life has just been so busy it's been hard to find time for everything.

I've been working hard with a business associate, Steve King. We met on an IM course in February 2009 and have joined up on a number of projects since then. Our latest project is something we've been building towards since we first met - our own IM membership site.

I'm making progress on my main marketing website, Taylor Journals.

It started out as just a blog. Then I got the idea to make it into a membership site.

So now I've suddenly shifted mental gears, waking up at 5am everyday, starting to assemble all my accumulated knowledge on marketing (over 15 years of study...sheesh...c'mon already...what was I waiting...

When you first start looking at setting up your first membership sites there can be tons of questions you might have. Planning your site out ahead of time can save you from several headaches, as well as save you time and money over the long term. Having at least a mental map of what features you want to offer, how you want your site layout to look, and what features you might want in the future can reduce or eliminate many potential pitfalls which could place roadblocks in the way of your sites...
