How To build a List Using Facebook?

Hey just sharing my experiences with building a list using facebook. Here's what has worked for me so far:

1.) Create a facebook page on a specific topic. Pages that have had good response were based on a hobby, interest or something that people are passionate about. (E.g. "I love golf", "I am Vegan"). Make sure you name the page carefully, as it forms the headline of your facebook Ad!

2.) Post some initial content to your page. This can be done easily...

Let's face the facts. Static and stale squeeze pages just do not maintain rank in the search engines as easily as sites that contain fresh and continuously updated unique content. It is no secret that search engines and the algorithms that they use to serve results are continuously being tweaked and updated so as to serve results that are fresh, relevant and up-to-date. For this reason squeeze pages that contain static content that never changes and is never updated are simply tougher to push up...

I was browsing my blog today because I like to emulate my visitors experience occasionally so as to verify functionality and usability. For some reason, I decided to click on my RSS feed just to see how it looked and to make sure that it was indeed valuable to the site. As it turns out, an RSS feed is indeed valuable because of the fact that it allows me to syndicate my blog posts to the world. Syndication, of course, is a great thing because it allows you to reach your readers at their convenience...
