Desire for various gadgets is an omnipresent trait of modern people. Technology has always aroused interest among us. But trends are gradually changing, going forward and back. Not so long ago we wished to have everything in one single device. Some of us still do; and the closest gadget was a smartphone; it had a multimedia player, a web browser, a means of communication, an organizer, and more, and more....

I was thinking over the past couple of days on how marketing has changed since I first entered the game. Sometimes you can find a method or work it to produce success on the net, but the terrain in the climate of 2013 is much different with much more of a need to understand the technology to use best practices in marketing. I have said it before, but Microsofts new service found at now.msn.com is another example of how they are pushing hard for gaining market share. The new service is a updated version of trends. It scrapes breaking news and facebook, bing and twitter and displays all the hottest trends in the now.
Combine this with the new "relationship" between FB and Bing and it seems Microsoft is fighting back against the big G. The new operating system windows 8 also has some very cool features...
