I was in the gym yesterday “picking things up and putting them down” and started to think about something. If someone follows this pattern:
-Goes to the gym for 4 days
-Misses 3 days
-Goes to the gym for 2 days
-Misses 2 days
-Goes to the gym 6 days
-Misses 8 days
Do you think that there will be a lot of results with a schedule like this? I don’t...
