MLM IS A MISSION

Hey Tom here,

Today I wanted to touch on something, that I think a lot of people miss when it comes to they’re MLM business’s.

Now if any of you read Magnetic Sponsoring than you have probably heard it said that the more people you help, the more money you make, or the more you give the more you receive.

Now I thought I did understand what this meant, but as I learned more and more about how this business works I realized that I really didn’t know what it meant.

That’s exactly what I’m going to talk about today what it really means to help others achieve success in MLM and in life, and how it will come back to you 10 fold!

See what I thought it meant was, to help people by sharing information with them that they could use and that was beneficial to them.

That is helping them right? I mean if you share with people really good info. that they surely can benefit from how isn’t that helping them?

Well the truth is that YES you are helping them, of course if your putting out good content for people to learn from your helping them.

BUT, is it the right help? Is it really benefiting them as much as you’d like it to? Are you really helping someone change their life?

Yes you’ve shared some killer tips on something that is just hot!

Yes you’ve helped someone to set up a piece of tech.

Yes that is great, and it is helping people, but it’s not life changing help! The truth is that most of that info can be found anywhere, yes you were noble to share it with them, and yes they can benefit with it.

But did you change that persons life? Are they more inspired? Are they happier? Can they help someone else with the help you gave them? Maybe, but can they change their lives with it, most likely, probably not.

That’s when I realized, that it’s not enough just to share killer tips and tech tricks to people, think about it, so is everyone else, and the ones who aren’t won’t last.

But is it enough? I say no. So the question is “Well what the heck Is enough?” “How much do I have to give?”

Well that’s up to you, just remember the more you give the more you receive. So what’s enough is totally based on you.

To really help someone, I believe you need to make it so they can help the next person, and that person help the next and on and on.

And that is the real power of MLM is that it’s the perfect platform to actually do just that!

So yes, the great content you put out and the tech help you share is all great! It really is! But it’s not enough, not if you really want to help others achieve success.

So what do you have to do? Well first you have to really believe in what your doing, if you just kinda believe in it, it will only kinda work, makes sense right?

The true power of MLM is that it helps you change people’s lives, it really doesn’t matter what your product is!

So along with sharing all of the great content your sharing and tech tips etc. you need something else.

Why you need a mission to succeed
What do you need? A mission, or mission statement, that you really do believe in! And you spread that mission with a passion!

MLM can change people’s lives but most people don’t know how. And it’s with your mission that you can show them how and really change people’s lives with it.

That’s why your MLM or product doesn’t matter, what matters is what you stand for.

And if you stand for helping people change their lives, for real, not hey if you sign up with company xyz it will change your life

It’s, if your ready to change your life sign up with me and we’ll do it together! And have them take on your mission statement as well.

This is real duplication, the other stuff can be learned, about the MLM company and products, it all can be learned.

What cannot be learned is the passion and mission statement that you use to build your team.

If you get this right then the sky is really the limit. And it really rings true, “The more people you help, the more you will receive!”

See your passion and mission is contagious and can spread through out your team like wild fire.

But you have to believe it and live it, and really want to see your people succeed! That’s what makes MLM the greatest platform in the world for helping others.

Because the more you help them succeed, the more success you will see, or the more you give the more you get!

This didn’t really dawn on me for the longest time, I was doing the other stuff, but I had no mission statement, and without a mission, you have no direction.

What’s my mission? My mission actually makes me excited! It makes me want to do it, and be happy doing it, my mission has changed my life and how I see MLM all together!

My Mission Statement

My Mission Statement is “ Let’s become wealthy, and take as many people with us as we can!“

What’s it mean? And what’s it mean to me? Why does that statement make me so excited?

It means that my MLM opportunity can work for anyone, and it can make you wealthy, but it’s impossible unless you take as many people with you as you can!

To take people with you, means you have to pass on that mission statement and passion, because the more successful they are the more successful you are!

Again the more you give the more you get! The more people you help in success the more people that will be attracted to you and to your team.

Because they will see that you can help them succeed and that you really want them to succeed! And it will turn you into a leader, that you need to be!

If you make this apart of your business, part of your team, and really believe it, you can be unstoppable it will make your team unstoppable!

So that’s why my mission statement is ” Lets become wealthy, and take as many people with us as we can”

Because I do want to become wealthy, and I do want to take as many people as I can and make them wealthy to!

Did you ever have the conversation about winning the lottery? Most people talk about what they’re going to do for themselves with the money.

Then there are the people that want the things for themselves, plus they talk about what they can do for other people with that money as well.

These are the kind of people that do well in MLM because they actually get excited about what they can do for other people to change their lives as well!

This business IS about helping other people, and it IS about helping other people change their lives, and you have the opportunity to do that both with your MLM and your Mission Statement!

So starting today I want you to think about your why, think about all of the people you can help, think of the lottery conversation and who you would help, feel how exciting it would be to actually be able to change those people’s lives.

Then come up with your mission statement and take that mission statement to those people, and help them become successful so they can carry out your mission!

It will become a movement, and when it becomes a movement, look out because things are about to explode!
