Your blog/site really sucks!
Have you ever had That said to you before? Probably! We all have, at one point in our blogging career or another (more than likely, the first part).
There are many reasons why someone will not come back to your blog. I have a list of reasons on my blog called Why I Won't Come Back To Your Blog. This basically pinpoints some things which I will reiterate here.
Your Blog Stinks Because Of Over-Optimization!
It's ok to optimize for the search engines in your site template. Getting your meta keywords and meta descriptions right is an essential part of getting noticed by Google. But when you post, you still post with Google in mind!
People can tell when you optimize for a search engine! Have YOU ever came across a post that was over-optimized? Sure you have! The post is littered with keywords, and more than likely it is confusing and hard to read! Stop optimizing for Google! Build your posts around effective and sufficient content that will help your reader get the information that they need!
When doing this, you will gain more readers and more people coming back to your site!
