    You can use Wordpress for online web designing.

    You can use Wordpress or Wix for online web developing. You can use WYSIWYG for offline development of sites.

    I use optimize press for ease. I am also soon getting Clickfunnels. These seem to be pretty easy to use especially if you want to make sales pages, landing pages and membership sites.

    I think it also might depend on what all you are doing. If you are blogging you could simply just go with wordpress.
