Is anyone using Clicktale?

I have just set up a free Clicktale account and coded one of my wordpress blogs to test it.

Is anyone a paying member of Clicktale? Is so, is it helping you increase conversions?

      I'm using the free version and both the scroll video and heat map features let me see how a visitor is using a page, where they hover the most etc.

    Hi Nicholas,

    Clicktale is an essential tool for optimising any website. The free account is OK to begin with but as a paid up subscriber you get more insight. The form analysis tool is particuarly good at ironing out potential bottle necks.

    I used ClickTale about 3 months on one of my sites and got a 70% improvement in conversions immediately.

    Id certainly recommend it anyway.

      Thanks for the recommendation.

      I love SEO and have been getting great results with some of my niche sites lately. I am now focusing on increasing conversions with all my new traffic. It looks like a worthwhile investment. I will see how things go.
