Best Place To Get Ad. Magiv (BKV) Please?

I've been meaning to get Ad Magic for well over a year now but there's always another book to read, or course to do... Anyway, I figure if it's on my shelf I'll be more likely to finally get into it...
So, can anyone tell me where's best to get it?
As far as I know BKV doesn't sell it anymore but it looks like quite a few pepople might be licensed to; however different sites seem to have different offers, any good recommendations for where to go (not even for the best deal, but just the best Ad Magic, assuming they're not all the same)?
