Client Management Software?

Hey Guys,

For the other freelancers out there, any suggestions for software (preferably online based) that lets you manage leads, clients, workflow, etc? If it's free, it would be ideal, but if there's something that makes life that much easier, I don't mind paying. It's freelance direct client work so it's not going to be more than 10 clients at once, I imagine (though obviously a lot more leads).

Thanks

What sort of functions do you want with the software?

When I first started out, I found a few excel spreadsheets if a good job.

If you want something that is a little more in depth, Sugar CRM is open source and will pretty much do whatever you want, but it is a little complex. I have heard Zoho is quite good, as is Salesforce, but I have not tried them myself.
