for a videomaking learning product, what's better to set the buyers to make them feel they are not working too hard and enjoying the product?

I need them to go and make a video for appraisal.

    I think you could make the product so that the person who is following the course enjoys it in combination with hard work. Let it be more enjoyable then hard work. I think that is more important then just hardwork etc.

    You could probably say something like "the first step to ... is making and submitting this video." That way, you are focusing on results rather than the process.
