Please help me rewrite some bulletpoints

Hi Copywriters,

I've been fortunate in being able to develop a partnership with a leader in my market. I will be doing my second webinar with them in a few weeks, which is giving me a great opportunity for some nice exposure.

I would like to maximize the attendance for this next presentation, and I think an improvement to their announcement will help a lot.

Could I ask for some suggestions on replacing the bulletpoints they have listed on the below flyer?

Your help, as always, is greatly appreciated.

Do you guys have a script for the webinar or anything similar?

It is hard to write really effective bullets, without the knowing specifically what's in the product.

    pm me.

      Hi ASCW,

The outline for the webinar is:

      • I describe why direct mail is effective marketing for our industry (computer support) and how it makes the overall sales process much easier than with alternate forms of marketing.
      • A generalized description of what an effective direct mail piece is comprised of, and I provide resources and suggestions for getting an effective piece created (references to some good books and free resources, suggestions for hiring a copywriter, purchasing pre-written marketing (my product)
      • Instruction on proper follow-up to the mailed letter. We will be doing phone-call role play during this portion.
      • General advice for conducting yourself at the in-person meeting and we'll do some role-play for overcoming common objections.
      • Moving the conversation to "Yes"

If the seminar is free, I'd go just a tad more "hype" in the blind copy.

    For example:

    - The right way to make a follow up call
    - Our proven direct mail and follow up method
    - Overcoming the most common objections

I'd try to keep them all the same length. Rather then 1 line and then 2 lines.
I'd try to separate the bullet points visually. They all "bleed together".

Email me and I'll send you my Excel spreadsheet that generates about 20 different bullets from one or two benefits.
