COPY WRITING

I need someone to write me a letter that I can send out to potential customers.

I'm not sure how much my budget is, but does anyone have any ideas?

I need someone who can sell me SEO and web dev services.

Also snail mail, I am going to print it out and post them myself. Or hand write it, unsure yet.

I basicly just want it to say what I provide and why the need our services.
