I'm very impressed with this WSO - http://www.warriorforum.com/warrior-...lse-doing.html

Absolutely NO affiliation. Never spoken to or met the man. But this looks like a game-changer. I've recommended it to my list - again with no affiliation.

Nothing in it for me. I'd love to tell you more but that would impinge on his WSO. Watch the second "teaser" video on the sales page. You'll "get it" at about 2 minutes in.

$27 now but goes to $37 very soon. Dude has done over $15k in 24 hours.

Looks like he's been maybe too successful. The WSO Pro server is down due to capacity problems.

    ..........It's back up now.

WSOPro regularly drops its bundle. Pain in the butt really.

    Yeah I bought this.

I was looking for a similar plugin/setup a few weeks ago.

I am glad I didnt find one though. He has some great insights into making this
type of optin work, that will no doubt increase the conversion rate. The fact that it also comes with the plugin to make it all work makes it quite a package.

LOL. How's this for the power of a testimonial...

I didn't even read the sales letter. Just clicked buy.

Used a lot of non-specific testimonials. Most of them quote no results whatsoever... just the optimistic hope that the product will work.

This is not a copywriting product, but it's a powerful tool in a copywriter's hands.

I've never bought a WSO before and don't hangout in that part of the forum. I'm grateful to Mal for posting it here.

Non-copywriting product you think? Who do you think will be writing copy for this new form of Opt-In AND the autoresponders AND the video scripts? I suspect most of the buyers of that plug-in will be floundering when it comes to decent copy. Some bright spark could target that market right now. I don't think you and some others are seeing the enormous potential in this. No skin off my back.

Do I really have to show you how its done?

You could probably cut a deal with the developer and offer the Plug-In and the copy at the same time.

Bit of a dodge and weave. Based on your post, it's obvious you recommended the product because you were impressed with it. Not because it represented an opportunity for copywriters.

Talk down to you? Gee I'm sorry if I come across like that. Don't mean to.

Just had a look at your site. You say
Hi, I'm Alex Cohen, copywriter and marketing strategist.
I've been at this game for over four years
Wanna know how long I've been at "this game" Alex? I started in the Despatch Dept (mail room) at J. Walter Thompson in 1966. Yeah - like MAD MEN. So I've seen a thing or two. And helped many a new chum up the ladder. Which is probably why you think I'm talking down to you and others. Au contraire old boy - I mentor several young writers and help people on SKYPE almost on a daily basis.

From now on I'll be avoiding you. In fact - I'll put you on "ignore".

Have a nice day - and don't forget to smell the roses.

That's funny...all anyone has to do is go back through some of my posts and read the negative remarks from "the copy nazi" that he's said about me.

I've seen them directed towards others also.

I've never reported any of those aimed towards me to the mods, or ever got upset about them.

Wonder what would happen if someone said something negative about "the copy nazi"?

Oh, oh, oh, I know...hand waving in air...

They'd get an infraction immediately...like the one he gave me.

Stop acting like a little girl

The post has to do with raising CONVERSION RATES. It features a new method for getting higher conversions on squeeze pages. Which last time I checked, is what copywriters still do.

Hell if it works, a tiny $27 investment will pay for itself in less than 5 minutes.

If it doesn't work, that's business. Some things work. Some things don't. That's what being in business is all about. Taking calculated risks with your time and money. And $27? It's hardly a major risk.

If you're in business there are going to be expenses. Some expenses are sound investments. Others you try out - they don't work, so what? Move on and try something else.

All this mollycoddling gets up my nose. Ooh better watch out, beware the 'scam', shock, horror, it's $27. Big friggin' deal.

If people are in business it's up to them whether or not they feel a risk no matter how large or small is worth taking.

Is it to do with copywriting? Sorta, kinda, could be. Do I give a fig?

As Mal said, if you watch the second video you will get a pretty good idea of what it is all about.

If you need testimonials to tell you that this particular method was going to work, then it is probably not for you.

A newbie, yes, they may want a load of testimonials and proof. Just like an SEO newbie might want proof of rankings from X backlinks... whereas a professional SEO guy doesnt need to see those. He knows what X backlinks will do. He doesnt need the proof, he is knowledgeable enough to know it will work.

Opt-ins. Geez. Lame. You people bore me.

Here's a little story. No WSO. No opt-ins. You pay me nothing.

Let's see if you can figure it out.

Mr Jones is an avid stock investor. He goes to investor forums. He posts threads about investment issues.

He gets spam specifically about investment. ...Every. Single. Day.

One day, Mr Jones gets an email. He doesn't read it of course. Mr Jones deletes it like all the rest.

The subject line is Stocks Will Go Up on Thursday. Which is odd, Mr Jones notes, as this is Monday.

Thursday arrives. The stock market has gone up. Mr Jones gets another email. The subject line is: Stocks will go down on Monday.

Stocks do, in fact, go down on Monday. And Mr Jones is perturbed at himself for deleting the message before reading it.

Third message arrives. The subject line has yet another prediction. Mr. Jones opens this one.

    ============ Scene Change ===========

    It is almost over.

Mr. Smith has soured the net, collecting email addresses. Mr Jones being one among many.

From 136,062 at the start, there are 34,016 people left. For every prediction, half were sent a message saying "The Stock Market Will Go Up" and half "The Stock Market Will Go Down."

Each half of the list getting the incorrect precdiction are deleted.

Inside, there's the pitch. No secrets. No testimonials. Just raw credibility. Proof beyond doubt.

From this last haul alone, Mr Jones has racked up $24,127. All in just three weeks. Over the next month, two million dollars more will join it.

And then it will be over. Mr. Smith has already booked his flight. The only thing left is to see this thing through to its finish. Two months is far too little time for the FBI to catch on.

Point being: I am rather less than impressed. And what in the heck am I trying to teach you here?
