Copywriting Help!

So I have a total newbie question. I am looking to outsource copywriting. What is needed for the person to do the copywriting with the correct formatting and everything? Who would you recommend for a low price but great quality....I know an oxymoron but still. I am strapped for cash but would like to get this project finished and my copywriting skills suck.

    how bad do they suck because for low cost you're only going to receive low quality.

    As far as formatting and outlining, as the employer you should write out a detailed explanation of any requirements/suggestions you have for the project itself. Also, providing the worker with an outline of what the web page currently looks like always helps.

    Valid question. I don't know what a sales letter for an OTO page would cost.

    That is the crux of the matter. I have seen great sales letters for OTO pages but I don't know how to structure them or what is cosidered great sales copy.

    Thanks for the link and I will be going over it for the next couple of days.

    The whole point of the question was to get an understanding what is needed to hire a copywriter and what to put in the sales copy.
