This is my FIRST site, and want suggestions

Hey guys,

I am doing the 30DC, and so far, am learning quite nicely. I just finished the lessons about Squidoo and Hubpages, but still need to set the Hubpage up. So far, I haven't done too much to my blog, so, I welcome suggestions.

    I'm an ex peep of the 30 DC I'm glad to hear you're enjoying it and learning. Ed is a great educator and fun at the same time. I like your site, but probably because I'm a Trekkie! Great job it looks like fun I don't know how lucrative the niche is but I guess you'll find out. The main thing is that you're taking action that is very important.       I'm not sure what 30DC is but with trekkie stuff and being on wordpress I'd add phpbay and fill the pages with auctions...I know you said you weren't monetizing but it can also show you keyword combinations you never thought of before.

    before I start any site I start with the market and what they want. Basically they tell you what they want in the related forums then you just give it to them. I figure I spend 80 percent of my time on market research and outsource the site set up and content.
