    People with high blood sugar, or who are prediabetic, will respond to terminology they're familiar with. Try mentioning how you can control insulin naturally in a split test and see which one works well. Also, make sure you know your niche in and out.

    Not a bad headline but the "37" sounds like a big number and
    so makes it seems complicated. I would change that number
    to "simple" or "readily available" etc.

    As Gaby said, you need to split-test and let the visitors within your niche decide.

    Even the most experienced internet marketers will not get landing pages performing as well as they could without split-testing.

    Both the pre-headline and the headline are good enough. But, as said, you won't know for sure until you test some different versions yourself.

    We could talk about whether this or that gets a higher response, but, still, it's only an opinion. Of course, you cannot test if you don't have at least 30, 40 or 50 people visiting your page daily.
