Copyblogger.com is by far the most popular but not really the most helpful.

If you really want help with your direct response work, you might want to check out Discover Which Marketing Programs Really Work.

It's not exactly a "copywriting" website, but it is an excellent resource on conversion optimization, since these guys run hundreds of offers, tweak them, and report back on what converted the best. It provides a lot of good insights into marketing psychology and layout design.

For both frequency and quality you can't go past both Ben Settle and Ryan Healy. These guys know their stuff and it's interesting to read.

Ben Settle pushes the boundaries and is controversial, and although it is more aimed at email marketing, it is still a great way to learn how to write great copy.
