Good Text Scripts for Whiteboard Animation?

I have a potential offline client who is a handyman who is interested in my whiteboard animation service. I just started advertising this service and he would be my first client.

Are there any GOOD whiteboard animation text scripts out there either free or being sold? I am good at research but couldn't find anything that great.

    1) Write the copy yourself.

    2) Hire a professional and eat the cost as part of your production

    3) Hire a professional and pass the cost through in your proposal.
